1. Online Promotion
- Upload promotional content on student community platforms, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Actively engage in digital marketing efforts to attract student participation.
2. Pop-up Booth Operations
- Plan and organize the offline pop-up booths, including selecting the location, designing the setup, and coordinating logistics.
- Execute at least three pop-up events (three days per semester) to promote the brand on campus.
- Ensure the booth follows the designated layout:
=> 10' x 50' Booth Area, divided into three sectors:
(1) Registration (Sign-up, QR Code)
(2) Tester & Shop (TBD) (Product sampling, potential direct sales)
(3) Event & Photo Zone (Engagement activities, social media content creation)
3. On-site Staff Support
- Recruit and manage student volunteers or members to assist with booth setup, visitor engagement, and event facilitation.
- Educate students about the brand and its products.
4. Sales & Commission Agreement
- Participate in commission-based collaborations where clubs can earn a percentage of sales generated during the pop-up events.
- Work towards achieving set engagement and sales targets.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Maintain close communication with "Dear, Klairs" representatives and the UNETIC team regarding promotional booth activities.
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and marketing strategies effectively.
