iQ aims to create a safe space for all LGBTQAI-identified individuals pursuing careers in (or interested in) the S.T.E.M fields. Our bi-monthly meetings focus on fostering a more cohesive environment for an historically underrepresented population of the queer community. iQ welcomes any and all members of the Columbia University (and affiliates) community!
