Social Justice
The Bethune Society is a service-based student organization focusing on providing our services to help build bridges across racial, religious, and social divides in the PSU and State College communities. Our organization is named after educator and civil rights activist Mary McLeod Bethune whose life and service stood for a more equal tomorrow. We use Albright-Bethune United Methodist Church (located at 206 S. Burrowes) as a base for our operations. Our main focus is service projects and providing our services.
