Social Justice
The Black Male Leadership Symposium aims to foster unity and stability among black males, while actively engaging in retention and recruitment efforts. Our organization facilitates personal and professional development through professional workshops with corporate sponsors. We also collaborate with various student organizations on campus to enhance connections among African American men. Our commitment to promoting diversity at Penn State involves spearheading and supporting initiatives that encourage growth in the African American population. We work closely with the Office of Diversity & Enhancement Programs and Smeal faculty and staff to achieve these goals.
