Chi Epsilon honors Junior and Senior year students seeking a degree in Civil Engineering who embody the four principles of the profession: "Scholarship, Character, Practicality, and Sociability." Since 1925, The Pennsylvania State University Chapter of Chi Epsilon has been committed to upholding the status of the civil engineering profession.
