Our club helps connect students with resources, professionals and opportunities in CED (Community Environment Development). Students from any major who have an interest in CED can join us while benefiting the Penn State and State College community through service and philanthropy. Additionally, it is an interactive environment for CED students to learn more about the major and network, while taking part in professional, academic, and other opportunities offered at Penn State involving sustainability, community development, and leadership. Our club helps connect students with resources, professionals, and opportunities in CED. Students from all majors are more than welcome to join meetings and activities. Some of the activities CED club engages in include networking events, fundraising, skill-strengthening workshops, activities that advance applying our members' interests and knowledge outside the classroom in a practical way, guest speakers, alumni and current CED panels, bonding activities, and outing and service events. We meet once monthly, in-person and offer networking and social opportunities. Our members range from seniors to first years, and although most of our members are earning CED degrees, some are in completely different majors, undecided, and other Ag majors who have an interest in CED.
