Diversity, Inclusion, and Advocacy for Minority Nursing Students (DIAMNS) aims to create a specialized space for diverse minority nursing students to explore and express their intersectional identities in a supportive environment. We specifically plan to
emphasize advocacy for underrepresented students, both in terms of providing mentorship and providing students with resources and a support system to navigate the unique challenges they may face in the healthcare field. Our goal is to empower students not
just within their undergraduate education, but also as future leaders who are equipped to advocate for inclusivity and equity in healthcare.
