Social Justice
Global Brigades as a whole is an international non-profit that works to empower underprivileged communities, to become self-sufficient. They do this through a holistic model that includes Medical, Business, Engineering, and Legal Brigades.
During the Legal Empowerment Brigades, students “provide access to legal resources and education in urban and rural communities alongside local lawyers.” By combining an interest in law with a passion for helping others, members will help those in need through volunteer experiences both locally and abroad in Greece and/or Honduras.
