The Indigenous Peoples' Student Association (IPSA) is a community of Indigenous students, allies, faculty, and staff at Penn State. We are dedicated to promoting the academic success of indigenous students on campus through the advancement of indigenous awareness, recruitment, retention, and social activities! IPSA aspires to meet the needs of the greater Indigenous community by supporting on-campus initiatives related to issues in the American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, Indigenous Pacific Islander, etc., communities.
If your organization plans to present Penn State University's Official Acknowledgment of Land, and would like a representative from the Indigenous People's Student Association to present it, please email us at least a week in advance, or attend a meeting with our executive board.
