The purpose of the IHRS is to promote the professional and academic development of HRIM graduate students by providing a forum of discussing relevant issues with both graduate students and faculty, by fostering a sense of community among HRIM graduate students, and by enhancing communicartion between HRIM graduate students and faculty.
