The IST Career Development Organization (ICDO) is a student-led group affiliated with the Office of Career Solutions and Corporate Engagement. Our mission is to empower graduate and undergraduate students by providing them with the knowledge, resources, and connections essential for success in the professional world. Bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, ICDO connects students with recruiters, fosters a sense of community, and equips members with the professional skills necessary to achieve their career goals.
