Formerly known as Race in the Americas, the Liberal Arts Collective has expanded its scope to all interdisciplinary work in the humanities. After a short respite, we rebranded and reemerged to once again develop a forum to foster intellectual exchange and inquiry and to build a vibrant scholarly community. We are a community of scholars devoted to work that cuts across traditional boundaries in the humanities to create innovative scholarship. Collaborative and comparative work is highly encouraged and we hope to put the departments of the humanities into dialogue with one another to produce cutting-edge research.
