The college experience is one that includes joys and moments of profound realizations, but it also includes challenges and the pressure to accomplish more, to balance between work and social life, and to discover for oneself what it means to be happy. The goal of MASH is to create a non-judgmental space where students can come together to explore mindfulness-based and scientifically validated practices related to stress reduction, well-being, and human flourishing to help support our own pursuits of happiness. We will delve into researched topics that center around what it means to live a life of happiness, purpose, social connection, and resilience.
