The Penn State Model Railroad Club, founded in 1955, is centered around building and operating model railroads in different scales. We invite everyone, experienced or not, to join us and learn about the history of railroads and the roles they play in society, along with benchwork, electrical engineering, landscaping, diorama building, and much more. The hobby of model railroading revolves around so much more than trains; this niche hobby truly has something for everyone.
