Our mission is to enlighten King Hall students on the many complex interactions between the law and alcohol industry. We strive to create a community for law students with passions in wine, beer, & spirits. Our goals are to provide education on the art that lies in the production of alcohol; to create connections with professionals in the industry; and to leverage our unique geographic situation to gain expertise from surrounding world-class growers, vintners, brewers, distillers, distributors, and regulatory experts.
There is so much more to alcohol than what ends up in the bottle. Wine, beer, & spirits production are ancient arts, and the lawyers that surround them help to keep the alcohol industry alive. The interactions between the law and the alcohol industry are vast, including: agricultural law, environmental law, regulations, trademarks, production, distribution, and more. Our officers have the unique goal of opening the minds of law students to a largely unsought-after niche in the law.
