The key element in ensuring a democratic, well-organized living environment here in Pollock is through the student-represented presence of Pollock Hall Residence Association. PHRA is composed of an executive cabinet and delegates from leaders within our residential area. This creative and dynamic student-run organization works under the dual-purpose of a Student Governance organization (under The Association of Residence Hall Students) and a pillar to Residence Life + the Nittany Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH). PHRA serves as the official voice for Pollock’s residential student population; providing advocacy, leadership, and civic engagement to encourage the holistic development of our communities--echoing the very reminder that success begins, first and foremost, in the home. We plan and put on events throughout the year to engage with the residents and have fun.
