Red/blue teaming is a structured analytical exercise used to evaluate and improve an organization’s defenses. The red team acts as adversaries or attackers, tasked with identifying vulnerabilities and attempting to breach systems, processes, or physical locations. The blue team represents the defenders, responsible for detecting, responding to, and mitigating the red team's attacks. They focus on protecting assets and ensuring security protocols are effective.
