Community Service & Volunteering
The School of Hospitality Management THON Organization is a general organization within the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon. THON is committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Our mission is to support these families and raise awareness to promote funding for the Four Diamond Foundation in hopes of a cure.
Throughout the year, SHM THON plans and executes fundraisers (dinners, pie your professor, and more!), and sends letters (THONvelopes) asking for donations to help raise money to help fight pediatric cancer.
