The goal of the Penn State Steel Bridge Team is to compete in the American Institute of Steel Construction’s yearly Student Steel Bridge competition by skillfully designing and rapidly constructing a real-world adaptable bridge, evaluated across weight, deflection, construction speed, and aesthetics.
