The PSU Weather Data Science Club is aimed at helping students develop coding skills for their future careers, whether that is in the private industry, academia, or government. The club provides an environment for students of all experience levels to apply modern data science practices to weather information. Members of this organization will process meteorological data, produce weather maps, and create web pages using several modern programming languages. The organization will also collaborate to upgrade and maintain graphics on the Penn State Department of Meteorology and Atmospheric Science MapWall (mapwall.met.psu.edu).
