The Computer Science Women’s Network (CSWN) at Purdue University has extended its reach to Indianapolis, aiming to provide similar support and opportunities for women in CS and tech in the Indy area. Our mission remains to empower women through resources, mentorship, and networking, tailored to the unique needs of the local community. In Indianapolis, CSWN plans to organize workshops, speaker series, hackathons, and social events that connect students with industry leaders and peers. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages women to pursue their passions in technology, build valuable connections, and develop skills for their professional journey. By expanding to Indy, CSWN hopes to bridge the gap and create a vibrant, supportive community for women in tech across both campuses.
