[ OUR MISSION ]Spread awareness in hip-hop dance culture and encourage people of any ethnicity, gender, school year, and background to dance on Purdue University's campus![ WHO WE ARE ]Dance 2XS Purdue is part of the international dance troupe, Dance 2XS Incorporated. This dance troupe started at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 1998, by Patrick Chen and Lee Daniel. Dance 2XS Purdue was established in 2002 and since then has become increasingly successful in skill level and popularity. We are open to performing at almost any occasion or event and are accepting of all backgrounds and styles of dance, but NOT all skill levels. Members are required to audition to assure a collective of the best hip-hop choreography dancers on Purdue's campus! Auditions are held every semester.Currently, we practice at Studio B and continue to represent our name, style, and family both on and off campus.
