iLEAD is a virtual learning community for first-year international students. It provides co-curricular programming that helps to develop leadership skills and encourage greater involvement in the Purdue campus community. iLEAD sponsors a one-day leadership development conference for first-year undergraduate students that focuses on helping the students understand their personal leadership styles and helping them identify how to become more involved in on-campus leadership roles. iLEAD also offers students the opportunity to participate in an on-line self-paced learning courses, and Coffee and Conversation mentor events. Membership in iLEAD is limited to first-year international students who register for and attend the iLEAD Leadership Development Conference.
