The ultimate goal is to provide executives and team members with opportunities and spaces for self-improvement and information sharing, ultimately leading to employment (interview opportunities). To achieve this, the club will be structured around three different themes. After each program, we plan to invite professionals (recruiters, developers, CEOs, etc.) to participate in panel discussions, providing opportunities for dialogue. Additionally, plans include attending research, conferences, and seminars tailored to students' interests, to provide experiences that enhance their resumes. Ultimately, the goal is to create a club that meets the interests of students and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth.
