The intent of this organization is to form a non-judgemental community for Middle Eastern and North African women within Purdue University’s campus. Due to certain societal standards enforced upon women within MENA communities, members will sometimes isolate themselves from their culture in order to avoid judgement, and this organization is meant to be a safe space for women who might feel this way. It will be a supportive and positive environment where they can meet new people, attend events and socials where they can learn and grow.
