The Motorsports Engineering Club's primary focus is to provide entry-industry experience and background to students willing to learn. With several areas of focus, such as kart-team racing, sim-team racing, and solo racing with autocross, students can gain skills relevant to the motorsports industry. Teamwork, testing and practice, motorsports problem-solving, setup, data analysis, entry mechanics, and most importantly racing on a team, can all be accomplished here.Members of the club are also provided with a wide network of students and alumni in the motorsports industry. Through the connections made in this club, internships and future jobs can be landed. Advice and experience can be passed down. All to contribute to a racing mindset worthy to be put on a resume.
