Political & Advocacy
The Network of Enlightened Women (NeW) is a dynamic organization dedicated to shaping women into principled leaders for a free society. It operates on three core principles: educate, equip, and empower. Educate: NeW plays a pivotal role in educating women about freedom and opportunity, particularly those in university settings and at the outset of their careers. This is achieved through organizing speaker events, facilitating engaging debates, and providing intellectual resources. NeW stands out as a thought leader, encouraging independent thinking and fostering intellectual diversity on college campuses. It actively participates in public discussions concerning women, policy, and culture. Equip: The organization goes beyond education by equipping women with the necessary tools to become pro-liberty leaders. This is accomplished through various formats, including campus sessions, national conferences, leadership retreats, and comprehensive professional development programs. These initiatives instill confidence and leadership skills, preparing women to take on influential roles in their respective fields. Empower: Empowerment is a key facet of NeW’s mission. It involves cultivating a vibrant and supportive community of women through campus chapters nationwide. This community plays a crucial role in empowering its members to confidently advocate for freedom-focused ideas in diverse environments such as schools, workplaces, and within their local communities. Furthermore, NeW actively facilitates the connection of its members with opportunities that can significantly advance their professional careers.
