The mission of PFRC is to create access for students on Purdue’s campus to obtain skills, knowledge and exposure from existing campus first responders and to become prepared and feel comfortable taking leadership positions in emergency situations. PFRC will provide opportunities for students to harness those learned abilities in order to be prepared for the unexpected. This relationship to campus partners will be to foster a network between students and first responders, as well as to build community awareness of the very real emergencies happening every day right around us.
