The Purdue Metal Club is here to mainly bring students who listen to metal on this campus together in a friendly environment. From there, we will be attending local venues to promote the Greater Lafayette local scene of metal. Other goals include documentaries and presentations on the various genres of metal, trips to the local record stores, and doing runs throughout the campus to hang up promotional posters that promote upcoming concerts in the area. There will be a loose schedule of weekly meetups to discuss upcoming releases of artists, preferences in genres, or anything pertaining to the world of metal. We meet every Tuesday at 6:30PM in SC G039
