Thank you for your interest in running for an elected position within Purdue Student Government. As the recognized representative of the student body at Purdue University, our organization is responsible for voicing the opinion of undergraduates in the development and execution of University policy. Your participation helps ensure that these elections are a competitive process that yields leaders capable of reflecting student attitudes. Elected Positions Include:- Student Body President and Vice President (run as a ticket)- Student Body Vice President Indianapolis- Student Senators (3 from each college)Our committee hopes to be responsive to the needs of candidates and quick to resolve disputes. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions; while we are unable to dispense advice about campaigning, the Elections Committee will gladly clarify rules or provide details about our public promotion efforts.
