Community Service & Volunteering
Rotaract is a service club for men and women 18-30 years old. We are an affiliate of Rotary International, and work with the Rotary Club of Lafayette. The Rotaract Club here at Purdue does community service on campus and within the local West Lafayette/Lafayette area. Our motto states our intentions clearly: Service Above Self!Our goal is to provide a wide variety of volunteer opportunities with times that are convenient to you! We hold meetings monthly, where we discuss opportunities for you to get involved in the community, the status of the club, and typically do a small service-oriented project, such as making cards for seniors, or creating dog toys for local shelters. No volunteer hours are required to be in the club, but we do encourage you to participate as much as you are able! Membership dues are a very low $10.00. Come and help us make our community a better place!
