Tier IV or the Senior Capstone Leadership Experience is the final step in the Leadership Journey at Purdue. Understanding that leadership is not a journey it is a destination, our goal is to provide students with opportunites that will reinforce leadership skills that will last throughout their lifetime. This program is composed of several aspects, one of which includes seminars that allow students to learn about their professional lives before leaving Purdue. With valuable information on topics such as mentorship, networking, financial planning, and leadership in the work place, senior students will surely gain confidence to navigate their new lives after graduation. The Senior Capstone Experience provides students with the opportunity to reflect on their leadership at Purdue and translate these meaningful experiences into goals for their future as leaders.
