Fraternities
Established in 1912, Eta Chapter prides itself with being the longest running chartered chapter within Sigma Pi. Sigma Pi International has produced many notable alumni, such as: Herman Fisher, co-founder of Fisher-Price toys, Walter Schirra Jr and Paul W. Richards, two famous astronauts, and Tony Romo, former NFL Quarterback. Locally to Purdue University, Eta Chapter is honored to call Guy "Red" Mackey, legendary Boilermaker Athlete, Athletic director and whom which Mackey Arena is named after, an alumni of our chapter. These men are some examples of what it means to advance man's Quest for Excellence, which Sigma Pi members strive to live by everyday.
