The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) is dedicated to the advancement of Asian heritage scientists and engineers in education and employment so that they can achieve their full career potential in their respective careers.The SASE Purdue Chapter develops its members by covering five key areas:1. Career Development - Offering career workshops to develop the soft skills required to be successful in landing jobs and at the workplace.2. Bridging Networks - Connecting students to sponsoring companies; creating an environment that encourages the formation of relationships/networks of the members within the society3. Academic Preparation - Solidifying technical skills via mentorships, competitions, and academic workshops4. Cultural Awareness - Providing cultural events to promote and celebrate diversity to prepare members for the global business world5.
