The purpose of Special Olympics College Purdue Chapter is to provide persons with intellectual disabilities ways to learn, enjoy, and benefit from participation in individual and team sports. Under this reasoning, SO College was developed to allow Purdue students an opportunity to help Special Olympics athletes better themselves through training and encouragement.
