SFAB Guidelines*Please note-SFAB grant application instructions can be found on the front page of Boilerlink at the top of the page as an alert. You must apply through your organization's finance page; requesting membership to this page does not give access to the application, nor is the application on this page* The Student Fee Advisory Board (SFAB) shall be a permanent, stand-alone committee that reports to the Purdue Student Government Senate. The mission and purpose of the SFAB shall be to provide a student-led periodic review of all undergraduate student fees. The Board will have direct authority over the continuation of the Student Activity Fee as well as the allocation of the funds it generates on an annual basis. With regard to student body-wide extracurricular fees, including technology and building fees, the Board will provide input to the Office of the Executive Vice President and Treasurer (EVPT) through a statement of endorsement or statement of concerns. SFAB Presentation Information-The application will be available by November 21st-SFAB Applications due by 11:55 pm February 1st, 2025-SFAB PowerPoints due to SFAB@Purdue.edu by February 7th, 2025 (5:00 pm) via PowerPoint attachment ONLY! Linked files will not be accepted. -Letters of support for capital improvements and/or bank statements due to SFAB@purdue.edu by 5:00 pm on February 7th, 2025. Lack of one or both of these items (depending on application requests) could result in non-funding of related items, or the entire application. -SFAB Presentation dates: February 13th-16th, 2025-SFAB Presentation schedule will be sent by the end of the business day on February 10th, 2025. Applicants with mark on the application if they are presenting in-person or virtually. -One application per organization/department, with a minimum request of $15,000.00 and maximum of $100,000With regard to curricular fees including college-specific tuition differentials, co-op fees, and study-abroad fees, the board will provide transparency to the students on how funds generated by these fees are allocated by the university.
