The Women in Industrial and Systems Engineering (WISE) organization, dedicated to fostering and empowering a new generation of Industrial and Systems Engineers, has created this constitution as a guide for current and future leaders, as well as general members to grow and nurture this organization. This constitution stands as a reminder for all members that our mission is to cater to and boost the needs of all future Industrial Engineers with a special focus on individuals from underrepresented populations in STEM fields. WISE aims to serve as a platform for personal and professional growth, providing students with leadership opportunities that allow them to collaborate and serve beyond individual interests.
