The Adam Smith Society is a nationwide, chapter-based association of MBA students and business leaders who work to promote on campus debate and discussion about the intersection of our free market economic system, government, and society. The purpose of the Adam Smith Society Club is to build a community of Michigan Ross students interested in exploring the links among the economy, government, and society. In other words, we are a network of market-minded business leaders seeking students who appreciate debate and desire intellectual challenge outside the classroom. We foster this debate by hosting social events, faculty panels, outside speakers, and more. Events are scheduled about once a month. For more information about the national organization, including professional chapters in major cities, feel free to read up on the society on the national website. To sign up for this club, please see our page on CampusGroups.
