AIM aspires to provide formal mentorship and assistance to student-athletes seeking a career in the medical field. This will be done through group-wide conferences, networking events, formal one—on—one advisory meetings, and other such endeavors where trainees and professionals in medicine (many of whom are former student-athletes) meet with student-athletes seeking such guidance.
