Purpose: First at Ross is established to advance the community, awareness, and advocacy of first-generation college graduate students, staff, and members of the Ross School of Business and the broader professional business world. In addition, we promote allyship for this community by educating their fellow faculty, staff, and MBA peers about the challenges - in the classroom and the boardroom. Mission: Through campus involvement, our mission is to increase Ross community awareness of student/staff/faculty/business professionals that identify as first-generation college graduates through thoughtful programming, education, and events.
