The First Year Information Program (FYI) helps new students adjust to life as a Michigan Law student. Upper-class FYI Leaders plan and host programs of interest for first-year students, including panel discussions on exam preparation, journals, and class registration. Through these events, FYI aims to prepare first-year students for law school and a career in the legal profession, to connect them to resources in the greater University of Michigan community, and to build collegiality and community.
