The Intellectual Property Students Association (IPSA) was founded in the fall of 1988 to educate law students and other interested members of allied fields about intellectual property law. IPSA members explore career opportunities in a variety of legal practice areas, including: patents, copyright, technology transactions, trademarks and unfair competition, software protection, and trade secrets. We provide students with the means to keep abreast of developments in law and related technologies, the opportunity to develop important connections with practitioners, and the chance to participate in projects offering practical experience and training!
