The Iraqi American Union at the University of Michigan (IAU- UM) shall serve as an organization that promotes and raises awareness of the history, culture, and contemporary issues of Iraq and the communities of its diaspora in a secular manner. The mission of the IAU-UM is to foster an inclusive environment for Iraqi students on campus and beyond.
