Find balance, community, and mindfulness!Mindful Michigan aims to cultivate a diverse community through modern mindfulness practices, including meditation and yoga -- we think that social interaction and engagement are primary means for doing so. Weekly meetings are low commitment and consist of a group discussion on various topics, and conclude with a short meditation practice. We also have less frequent group outings to engage in mindful activities varying from raspberry picking to camping in upstate. If you have any questions about the club, please feel free to reach out!
