Founded in 1986, the MRacing SAE team at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor gives engineers the knowledge and teamwork experience critical to excelling in any field. Each year we design, build, and race a formula-style car against other college teams worldwide. We have a long-standing legacy of high-performing vehicles, great success at competitions, and a team that exemplifies the high level of commitment and focus needed to build a winning car. In the past four competition seasons, we placed 1st in the United States and are currently ranked 5th in the world out of over 600 teams. Our most recent achievement includes 1st Overall at Formula SAE Michigan, the biggest collegiate formula competition in the world.
