The National Council of Negro Women, Inc. (NCNW) is an "organization of organizations", campus sections, community and 38 national women's organizations. Founded in 1935 by Dr.Mary McLeod Bethune, and later led by the iconic Dr. Dorothy Height for over 50 years. NCNW focuses on key priorities: promoting education, fostering entrepreneurship and financial literacy, improving healthcare access, and advocating for civic engagement and social justice. Our organization is a vital resource to unite and support women of color on this campus.
