Student Governance & Funding Boards
The mission of the Oxford Community Council is to build community among Oxford residents, while also promoting diversity and social justice within the residence hall. The Oxford Community Council works to enrich the lives of all Oxford residents by creating opportunities for positive community development; serving as a liaison to Dining, Facilitates, and the Residence Hall Association (RHA); fostering a safe and welcoming environment in recognition of our intersecting identities; and advocating on behalf of historically underrepresented communities at the University of Michigan. In short, we envision an Oxford community that is united in common cause and reflective of the change we wish to see in the world.
