Career Development & Networking
Hello! We are a chapter of the Student California Teachers Association, the student branch of the professional California Teachers Association. SCTA consists of college students pursuing or considering careers as educators. We help prepare students for careers in education and work on issues in education pertaining to California. We provide various resources such as workshops with credential programs, panels, and collaborative discussions. SCTA also provides opportunities to address the broader aspects of education such as technological advances, governmental policies and issues, social issues and philosophical controversies.
