The Portuguese Club will provide a space in which undergraduate and graduate students of all fluency levels can practice the Portuguese language and explore the cultures of Lusophone countries. Portuguese Club shall do the following to achieve its mission:Hold mass meetings in September and JanuaryFacilitate conversation hours monthly Offer walk-in tutoring for large projects and tests in UM Portuguese classesSend out biweekly listserv emails to disseminate to club members opportunities to engaging with the Portuguese languageHost Portuguese-language movie nights monthlyThrow end-of-semester celebrations in December and AprilConversation Hour (Bate-Papo): TBA, starting October 2024Tutoring/Homework Help: TBA
