The Undergraduate Hall of Phi Delta Phi at the University of Michigan, known colloquially as PDP, was established in 2019 as a premier pre-professional legal honor society and co-educational fraternity to promote advancing the highest intellectual, professional, and ethical standards within the University community. With an equitable emphasis on brotherhood, professional development, philanthropy, and service, the around 60 brothers of Phi Delta Phi find success in the fields of law, government, consulting, finance, business, and more. Phi Delta Phi was established in 1869 at the University of Michigan Law School to promote a higher standard of professional ethics and is among the oldest and most prestigious legal organizations in the United States. It is uniquely positioned in the U.S. history of the bench, bar, and law schools. With over 200,000 lifetime members, Phi Delta Phi’s reputation as an organization devoted to legal excellence has spread worldwide, with many successful chapters in North America, Central America, and Europe.
